What is water jet cutting?
A processing method that can cut materials without regard to their type. It can also cut materials with thicknesses and thermal effects that are impossible to cut with a laser, achieving clean cuts.
The water jet cuts by mixing a fine abrasive called garnet with water. It can handle materials such as stone, rubber, carbon fiber, acrylic, and Delrin. Since heat is not applied to the jet beam, materials can be cut without distortion, maintaining a precision of approximately ±0.3mm. 【Water Jet】 Features: Capable of cutting various materials. Minimal deformation due to heat. Processing precision: Approximately ±0.3mm for both outer and inner diameters. Processing range: SUS series 0.5mm to 100.0mm AL series 0.5mm to 200.0mm Copper and brass 0.5mm to 100.0mm *Please feel free to contact us for inquiries regarding processing.
